By accessing and using the Grāmatvedības Asistentis accounting management platform ("Service") available at krisvel.autopal.lv, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Grāmatvedības Asistentis is a cloud-based accounting management platform that provides:

  • Customer relationship management
  • Invoice creation and management
  • Document storage and organization via Google Drive integration
  • Communication tools via Telegram integration
  • Multi-user access with role-based permissions
  • Financial record keeping and reporting

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service and its users.

5.2 Telegram

Our Service integrates with Telegram for messaging. By using Telegram features, you agree to comply with Telegram's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Telegram's services or any issues arising from their use.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SIA Autopal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIA Autopal SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SIA Autopal, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

Our Service is a tool for managing accounting and financial records. We are not providing accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for:

  • Complying with all applicable accounting, tax, and legal requirements
  • Consulting with qualified professionals for accounting, tax, or legal advice
  • Maintaining appropriate backups of your data

13. Modifications to Terms

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
